JB Lures Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed during promotions or high-volume periods may experience slightly longer processing times.

Shipping & Delivery
JB Lures ships orders via USPS or UPS. Once an order has shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. JB Lures is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

In-Transit Packages
Orders marked as “in transit” by the carrier are considered shipped and on their way. A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms non-delivery or loss.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package appears delayed or stuck in transit, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can assist with tracking or initiate a carrier inquiry if necessary. JB Lures will work with the carrier to resolve confirmed lost shipments.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. JB Lures is not responsible for packages delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact JB Lures directly regarding shipping concerns before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks submitted while an order is still in transit may be disputed using carrier tracking and order documentation.
